Partnership Established with Quercus Technical Services B.V.

In 2014, our company received a prestigious licence from JT Limited, a UK-based organisation. This licence complies with the EU ATEX 137 directive and the international IEC 60079 standards, parts 14 and 17.

This milestone reinforced our leadership in the training and certification of personnel for work in explosive atmospheres, both within Kazakhstan and internationally.

In 2016, our company actively participated in international events and activities, reaffirming its reputation and role in the industry. We successfully took part in the Best Practice Conference in the UK, the IECEE-EASC international seminar, and the "Oil and Gas" KIOGE KAZAKHSTAN-2016 exhibition. Additionally, an integrated quality management system (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and OHSAS 18001:2007) was implemented with the support of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

Our company joined the Electrical Apparatus Service Association, Inc., participated in trade missions to Iran and the UAE, and attended various business forums, highlighting the importance of our presence in the global business community. Key milestones also included the establishment of the "Equipment for Hazardous Areas" subcommittee and the opening of the Explosion Safety Business Park. These steps reinforce our position as a reliable service provider in the energy and oil & gas industries.

In 2017, our company actively participated in several significant events. Early in the year, we attended an ISO seminar in Kazakhstan and signed a long-term contract with Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B.V. During the year, we successfully certified our management system under ISO 9001:2015, opened a Training Center in Baku, and participated in the "Oil and Gas of the Caspian" exhibition and the IEC General Assembly.

In October, we established a partnership with Marelli Motori, held an informational seminar, and started a project with Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B.V. In December, we participated in the Kazakhstan-UK Intergovernmental Commission meeting in London.

In 2018, our company continued its active operations. In January, Edil-Oral.kz was appointed as the base organization of Technical Committee No. 75 "Industrial Safety." In October, we participated in the 82nd IEC General Assembly in Busan, Korea. In November, we successfully passed certification for ISO 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007 standards. In December, our team started training with ABB.

In 2019, our company continued to grow and expand its competencies. In May, we introduced new courses for TCO PBR, covering the installation of explosion-proof cable glands, as well as the inspection and audit of electrical equipment in explosive environments. In August, our inspectors successfully passed IECEX certification for personal competencies under OD 504. In September, together with the NGO "Kazakhstan Association of Oil, Gas, and Energy Sector Organizations 'KAZENERGY'," we held a Round Table on explosion-proof equipment for explosive environments in the oil and gas, oil refining, petrochemical, and mining industries in Kazakhstan and the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) in Nur-Sultan.

In 2020, "Edil-Oral.kz" became a recognized service provider for training in the IECEx system, confirming its expertise in explosion protection.
We are proud of our involvement in the EPC water treatment project at Kashagan, as well as the successful completion of Chevron's pilot project for high-voltage motor repairs.

In 2020, we also:

Developed and implemented the EO-LMS Bilim training management system.
Completed the verification of the qualification enhancement program.
Signed a general contract with TCO for motor repairs.

All of these achievements were made possible through the coordinated efforts of our team and the support of our clients and partners.

We have cemented our leadership position by implementing a series of strategic projects, including a long-term contract with TCO-FGP for Ex courses. We obtained the status of an outsourced training provider for Shell/Eni, confirming the high quality of our services. We successfully conducted explosion protection training for "TCO" in Atyrau and Tengiz, enhancing safety standards at the companies. Additionally, we completed a project to modify lighting in collaboration with TCO and R-Stahl Ex at Tengiz, as well as the repair of distribution boxes for TCO and R-Stahl Ex at Tengiz. For the first time in the company's history, two training centres and Ex workshops were launched at Tengiz.

In 2022, our company reached new heights by successfully executing several large and complex projects. We proudly completed the development of the comprehensive concept for the IPA project. This work allowed us to showcase our in-depth analysis, innovative solutions, and commitment. As part of the IPA project, we also successfully delivered on phases 1 and 2.

Additionally, we carried out the planned preventive maintenance for KPO 2022 in Aksai for a major company. This project confirmed our capability for high professionalism and our dedication to excellence in every project we undertake.

In 2023, our company continued to demonstrate high professionalism and quality of work:
We signed a Memorandum with TCO on the IPA project, strengthening our partnership and expanding the scope of cooperation.
We completed Phase 1 of the IPA project and successfully procured, installed, and configured equipment for the repair of valve equipment, enhancing the maintenance and safety of the devices.
We completed the installation of a test stand for electric motors and increased the electrical capacity of the Edil-Oral.kz Production Complex, providing additional opportunities for development and production.
We successfully launched the asynchronous electric motor in the Service Workshop, showcasing a high level of competence and professionalism in working with technical systems.
