Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage and coordinate engineering and technical work across all areas of the Company’s operations.

  • Ensure timely implementation of all projects within the defined scope of work and budget.

  • Handle incoming client requests related to inspections and service activities.

  • Assist in preparing price proposals for Service Center activities.

  • Communicate with equipment manufacturers to obtain recommendations and requirements for high-quality repairs.

  • Prepare all necessary documentation.

  • Source and arrange procurement of required spare parts and components for equipment repair.

  • Prepare and control execution documentation, regulatory forms, and reports.

  • Coordinate the execution of work under signed contracts.

  • Coordinate the activities of field engineers at client sites.

  • Monitor timely inspection and metrological verification of the Company’s measuring equipment.

  • Participate in organizing and conducting inventory checks of the Company’s equipment.

  • Support the Service Center construction project.

  • Develop detailed plans to achieve the Company’s goals and objectives.

  • Manage risks to minimize project-related risks.

  • Monitor new trends, developments, technologies, materials, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve Company operations.

  • Substitute for the Service Center Manager during their absence.

  • Perform other individual tasks or assignments as directed by the immediate supervisor.

Mechanical Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

Ability to work with technical documentation (shop/detail drawings – KMD) for metal structures, equipment parts, and components, including documentation in English.

Skills in performing strength calculations for structural components and assemblies of metal structures.

Support of the manufacturing process in the workshop, coordination of design changes with production and OEM.

Preparation of drawings for laser and plasma cutting.

Preparation of sketches for manufacturing parts in the machine shop.

Selection of materials, strength and rigidity calculations of structures.

Development of technological processes, standardization, selection of cutting tools and machining parameters.

Knowledge of operating principles of lathe and turning-milling machines, including maintenance, minor repairs, and commissioning works.

Experience in using measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, etc.).

Selection of necessary fixtures and cutting tools for lathes.

Incoming inspection of raw materials/parts, quality control of finished products.

Preparation of reports, quality certificates for manufactured parts and assemblies.

Management and coordination of engineering and technical works across all company activities.

Ensuring timely execution of all projects in accordance with scope and within budget.

Processing incoming client requests, both inspection and service-related.

Assisting in preparation of commercial offers for Service Center services.

Interaction with equipment manufacturers to obtain recommendations and requirements for proper repair works.

Preparation of required technical documentation.

Sourcing and processing procurement of necessary spare parts and components for equipment repair.

Preparation and control of execution documentation, regulatory forms, and reports.

Coordination of work performed under concluded contracts.

Coordination of field engineers at customer sites.

Control of timely inspection and metrological verification of company measuring equipment.

Participation in organization and execution of company equipment inventory.

Support of the Service Center construction project.

Development of detailed plans for achieving company goals and objectives.

Risk management to minimize project risks.

Monitoring new trends, developments, technologies, materials, and best practices; applying them for continuous improvement of company operations.

Acting as a substitute during the absence of the Service Center Manager.

Performing other job-related tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.


Requirements:

High level of responsibility for technical decisions made.

Strict compliance with technological regulations, safety rules, and company procedures.

Software: proficiency in specialized engineering software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB, etc.), ability to read technical drawings, experience with equipment, design and calculation skills.
