  • Responsibilities include but are notlimited to the following:
  • Manage and coordinate the training department.
  • Responsible for the training team consisting of trainers, assessors and support staff.
  • Research new training materials and supplies that might enhance our training procedures and provide value to our employees
  • Identify future training needs and create curriculum to facilitate that training
  • Search for gaps in training material or content that should be filled to ensure safety and productivity among staff members
  • Communicate with team members, trainers and management to ensure all needs are met
  • Must demonstrate a proven ability to motivate, coach and develop people


  • Bachelor, master in education and training or technical engineering
  • Relevant work experience not less than 6 years
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English, Russian and Kazakh.
  • Strong sense of initiative and ability to respond rapidly and calmly to changing goals and tight deadlines
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent knowledge of concepts of educations and training;
  • Good understanding of competency development;
  • Good understanding of management and strong vision on training;
  • Basic knowledge on Personnel certification, ISO 17024;
  • Rules and methods of planning of people and materials.
  • Experience in training and education business.

Taking part in project planning and scheduling;

Ensuring, in liaison with the Administrative Manager, the definition of the general purchasing conditions, preparation of the purchase plan for materials and services, as well as integration of strategic “sourcing” choices with project requirements;
Ensuring, in liaison with the Administrative Manager Department, the planning and control of supplies, defining the order management plan, and highlighting any deviations from the scheduled times and any corrective action that may prove necessary;

Ensuring, also upon reports from the Engineering Department, the prompt handling of any deviations, especially with regard to quality control, quantities and supply terms, even by getting directly in touch with Vendors;

Ensuring the fulfilment of administrative, customs, insurance and legislative obligations, in liaison with the appropriate Departments;

Ensuring the reporting of procurement activities

Ensuring feedback within his area of responsibility, in order to update Vendor qualifications.

To ensure the preparation of conclusion and control of the execution of contracts with suppliers (contractors, contractors), the coordination of terms and conditions of supply, to study the possibility and expediency of establishing direct long-term relationships for the supply of material and technical resources and to ensure the rational use of the Company's funds in order to reduce the costs of the production process and obtain maximum arrived.

Arrange timely delivery of material and technical resources to the warehouse of the Partnership and (or) the Client, while maintaining proper condition.

Provide on time, and follow-up provided commercial offers.

Perform other direct orders of company's Managing Director.

A university degree or equivalent working experience

Knowledge and experience of Stars Contracts

Relevant skills include Leadership of multidisciplinary team, Coordination and Management.

Minimum of 5 years of supply chain management experience, preferably in oil and gas sector.

Development of related supply contract and commercial procedures.

Supply Chain Management experience and hands-on Contract Administration experience, including training/mentoring of local staff, where applicable.

Experience in major Onshore or Offshore Oil & Gas Projects.

Knowledge and experience in systems JDE and Ariba

Strong strategic thinking skills, analytical mind, results oriented;

Ability to effectively build communications of any business matters at all levels;

Knowledge of English. Knowledge of Kazakh, Russian and Kazakh is preferable;

Possibility to go on business trips within Kazakhstan as well as near and far abroad.

Impeccable integrity and trustworthiness

Ability to manage simultaneous events, several projects to successful conclusion

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software, particularly Power point, Word, and Excel
